Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager

We are partnering with a leading UK retail business undergoing significant digital growth. With a strong online presence and ambitious plans for the future, they are looking to appoint a Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager to drive performance and shape the next phase of their ecommerce strategy.

This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for onsite trading performance across digital channels. Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, you will lead trading strategy, optimise the customer journey, deliver online sales targets and manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven ecommerce trading experience within retail, strong commercial acumen and experience leading teams. You'll be highly data-driven, confident using analytics to inform decisions, and have a strong understanding of onsite merchandising, UX and customer experience.
